Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to your use of Krutna and forms part of the Terms of Service. It protects users, recipients, third parties, and the reliability and security of the Service.

1. Follow the law and respect rights

You may not use Krutna to violate law or another person's rights. You must have the permissions and lawful basis needed for content and personal information you upload, import, scan, publish, or share.

2. Prohibited content

Do not create, upload, publish, link to, or distribute content that:

  • is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or promotes violence or discrimination;
  • sexually exploits or endangers children, or contains unlawful intimate or exploitative material;
  • infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, confidentiality, or other rights;
  • contains malware, phishing, credential theft, malicious code, or instructions designed to compromise systems;
  • promotes illegal goods, services, transactions, or regulated activity without required authorization; or
  • impersonates a person or organization or materially misrepresents identity, affiliation, qualifications, or authority.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • access another account, system, or non-public data without authorization;
  • probe, scan, exploit, or bypass security, authentication, permissions, rate limits, plan limits, or technical controls;
  • disrupt or overload the Service, distribute malware, or conduct denial-of-service activity;
  • scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract cards, contacts, analytics, or other data without written permission;
  • use Krutna data to build surveillance, advertising, lead lists, identity databases, or a competing service without a lawful basis and written authorization;
  • send unsolicited bulk communications, spam, phishing, or deceptive promotions;
  • resell, sublicense, white-label, or provide shared access to the Service except through an authorized Krutna plan or agreement; or
  • use automated accounts, scripts, or APIs in a way not documented or expressly permitted by Krutna.

4. Contacts, leads, and privacy

If you collect or import another person's information, you are responsible for providing required notices, obtaining any required consent, honoring applicable rights, securing the data, and using it only for lawful purposes. Do not add sensitive information about another person unless it is necessary, lawful, and expected by that person.

5. AI-assisted features

Do not submit content to AI-assisted features that you lack authority to use. Do not use AI output for fraud, impersonation, discrimination, unlawful profiling, or decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects without appropriate human review and legal safeguards.

6. Security research

Do not test Krutna for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization. If you discover a potential vulnerability, stop testing, do not access or retain user data, and report it responsibly to [email protected].

7. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, or report activity where reasonably necessary. We consider the nature, severity, history, and risk of the conduct and may provide notice or an opportunity to correct it where appropriate.

8. Reporting

Report abuse, harmful content, or suspected violations to [email protected]. Copyright and other rights complaints may be sent to [email protected]. Include enough information to identify the content, explain the concern, and allow us to contact you.

9. Changes

We may update this policy to address changes to the Service, law, or misuse patterns. We will post the revised policy and update the date above, with additional notice where required for a material change.
