Refund Policy

Last updated: July 25, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to paid Krutna subscriptions purchased through Paddle. Paddle is the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, so Paddle processes payments, cancellations, withdrawals, and refunds.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law. If this policy provides less protection than mandatory law or Paddle's applicable buyer terms, the greater protection applies.

1. Money-back guarantee

Every new purchase of a Krutna subscription comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee, no questions asked. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact [email protected] or request a refund through Paddle within 14 days of your first payment and you will receive a full refund to your original payment method.

Renewal payments are refundable where required by law, under Paddle's Refund Policy, or where Paddle approves the request. If you do not want a subscription to renew, you can cancel at any time before the renewal date and keep access until the end of the paid period.

2. Statutory withdrawal rights

Some consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from a digital service purchase within a specified period. Eligibility and the period depend on your country, the type of transaction, whether service began immediately with your consent, and applicable law. Paddle's current policy describes relevant country-specific rights, including certain 14-day, 7-day, or 5-day periods.

3. Technical problems or material defects

If a persistent technical problem or material defect prevents you from accessing the paid features described at purchase, contact [email protected] with your account email, transaction details, and a description of the problem. We will try to resolve it. If it cannot be resolved, you may request a refund from Paddle, which will assess the request under its policy and applicable law.

4. How to request a refund

Use the View receipt or Manage subscription link in your Paddle transaction email, use the support link in Krutna's billing area, or visit https://paddle.net and choose Request refund. Paddle verifies eligibility and issues approved refunds to the original payment method where possible.

Do not send card numbers or other sensitive payment credentials to Krutna support.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time through Krutna's billing settings or the Paddle customer portal. If a transaction is not eligible for a refund, cancellation prevents future renewals and normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until then unless the account is suspended or terminated for another reason.

6. Plan and seat changes

Before you confirm an upgrade, downgrade, billing-interval change, or seat change, Krutna or Paddle will show when it takes effect and any immediate charge, credit, or proration. Completing the change authorizes the displayed billing treatment.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact Paddle or Krutna support before initiating a chargeback so we can investigate quickly. A chargeback may result in temporary suspension of the affected subscription while it is reviewed, but this does not limit lawful payment-dispute rights.

8. Paddle policy

Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy and Buyer Terms at https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms govern the payment transaction. Paddle makes the final refund decision and processes any approved refund. Krutna does not send refunds directly outside Paddle.
